We collect information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, number of guests, and any messages you send us when you book or contact us. Payment information: payments are processed securely by our booking platform and its payment processor. We do not store your full card number. Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, we and our partners use cookies and similar tools to collect information such as your browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. How we use your information: To confirm and manage your reservation, and to communicate with you before, during and after your stay - to respond to your questions and requests, to improve our website and understand how visitors use it, to show you relevant ads for our cabins on other websites and apps, including Facebook and Instagram. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), and may use Google Analytics. These tools use cookies to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may match information such as your email address or phone number to your Meta account, and that information is hashed (scrambled) before it's sent. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or learn more at aboutads.info. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: Our booking and property management platform, which processes reservations and payments, service providers who help us run the rental, such as cleaners and maintenance staff, and only what they need for your stay, Advertising and analytics partners, as described above, and Authorities, when required by law. We keep booking records as long as we need them for your stay, our business records and tax requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us.
